I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Late arrivals: If you are running late, please reach out as soon as possible, I offer a 15 minute grace period, but after that, your appointment will be considered a now show and will be cancelled. No shows: will be charged 100% of the service I understand sometimes life happens so if you are unable to come to your appointment please reach out as soon as possible
